These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the design services, client portal, and website provided by KRATU DES TECH LLP ("Kratu", "we", "us", "our"). By purchasing a Sprint, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise engaging our services, you ("client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.
Kratu provides Design-as-a-Service (DaaS): a flat-fee or subscription-based creative service covering social media creatives, ad assets, brand identity, packaging, pitch decks, UI/UX design, motion graphics, video editing, AI-assisted creative generation, and related design work. We do not provide software development, coding, or 3D design unless separately agreed in writing.
The Sprint is a fixed-fee, 15-day trial engagement (currently £299, subject to change) during which we deliver real, usable design assets. Around day 12 of the Sprint we will check in to discuss continuing onto a monthly plan. There is no obligation to continue — if you choose not to, you keep everything delivered during the Sprint.
Subscription plans (Solo Creator, Pro Creator, Team Creator, and any other plan shown on our pricing page) renew automatically each billing cycle at the price and scope in effect at the time of your subscription, until paused or cancelled. Requests are submitted and tracked through the client portal.
Standard to mid-complexity requests are typically delivered within 24 hours on business days. More complex requests (full brand identities, multi-page UI/UX, AI creative-generation suites, motion graphics, etc.) may take longer and will be scoped and, where applicable, quoted separately before work begins. Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by request volume, revision cycles, or information/assets we are waiting on from you.
We revise deliverables until you are satisfied, within the reasonable scope of the original request. Requests that materially change scope, direction, or brief after work has started may be treated as a new request.
You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time through the client portal or by contacting us. Pausing suspends new requests and billing until you resume. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not entitle you to a refund of the current billing period unless required by law or otherwise agreed in writing.
Because design work begins promptly after payment, fees are generally non-refundable once work has started, except where required by applicable consumer protection law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us and we will review the request in good faith.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kratu’s total liability arising from or related to these Terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Kratu is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.
We may suspend or terminate services if you breach these Terms, misuse our services, or engage in abusive conduct toward our team, with or without notice depending on severity.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
[To be confirmed with your legal counsel.] These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which KRATU DES TECH LLP is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer located in the UK or EU, mandatory local consumer-protection laws may also apply and take precedence where they conflict with these Terms.
